It will depend on how soon your panel physician submits the report. After you get the tests done, it can take a few additional days for the chest x-ray and serology report to come back and be transmitted to IRCC.

After IRCC receives the report, the health branch will review it and grade it. It can take 1-4 weeks

@legalfalcon Quick question , how do we know our PCC is about to expire ? Is it calculated from the day when the criminality is approved ?

PCC do not expire. You only are required to submit a valid PCC as on the date you submit your application. If IRCC needs a new PCC you will be informed.

Just got off the phone with IRCC! Very happy to hear that things are moving! as per the agent "medical exemption granted for PA, someone is working on a file and reassigning medical for dependants (Outland). Recently on July 27th, someone touched the file and currently is in process.
CEC inland with 2 dependants (Outland)
ITA: May 28, 2020 | AOR: Aug 4, 2020 | VO: Ottawa
Medical: PASS (Sep 24, 2020)
BIL: Pass (Nov 30, 2020)
Eligibility: Pass
Criminality: Pass
Information Sharing: Complete
Security: Not Started

AOR: Feb 2, 2020
CEC
Principal Applicant: Myself (Inland Obviously)
Outland Dependent: Wife in Pakistan (Never travelled to Canada, visit visa was rejected before applied for PR)
Our First Bay due in one month from now (God be willing, planning to have delivery in Pakistan anyways)

Application Status:
Eligibility: Recommended Passed (Around June, 2020)
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Expired in Jan 2021 but I believe mine were extended in January 2021 but no correspondence on wife's re-medical

Currently applied for TRV on June 23, 2021 (after receiving BOWP) so that I can travel to Pakistan to be with family in this time (no response yet)

What you guys suggest I should do, what would you do?
I am more of an emotional person when it comes to decision making, so want meaningful suggestions before I do any damage to our PR chances.

Bhai .. i am in same boat ... my kid is going to be 2 yrs old in NOV. My TRV stamping is pending from Feb. practically speaking we have 2 options

1. forget canada for time being - travel to home country . This PR application is not gonna die, we will get our PR in some time. then travel back
PRO: we can be with family
Cons: have to resettle again when we come to canada , home .. furniture etc - travel restrictions

2. you be here and get the PR - I am seeing that they started issuing PR for people who are in canada
you have to miss your family and new born for some time - minimum 6 months

any decision you make is not gonna damage your PR application just that it will delay more

Don't worry mostly you should be getting the COPR. The qn is when will they send PPR for dependent!

I am happy for the guys who applied for PR in 2021 and are already receiving COPR. Congratulations guys.

I called ircc this morning, they said all stages are passed and they are waiting for officer to make the final decision.
My AOR is april 2020 and i added my spouse in feb 2021. He gave his biometrics on July 29th. Does anyone has the same experience and know how long will our copr will take.

Multiple webforms, no proper response!
Called IRCC, they said everything is passed. How do I know until it is not shown on the portal!

Emailed local MP, no response yet!
Emailed Minister of immigration, no response yet!

Will be emailing local news channel today.

Next month, I will start standing outside CIC office in Vancouver..... PROTEST!
