Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Called IRCC this morning. Seems like medicals have been extended for everyone on file including my dependent till end of December 2021 (Idk how accurate this is and if they really extended medicals for my kid, the agent seemed hesitant in her answer).
As for the COPR, She asked me if I uploaded picture and stuff already I said yes, last Monday, she said "oh, it really is case by case situation but you should receive the eCOPR shortly then". What shortly means? I don't know.
I asked about PPR process when to expect that and she said and I quote "its a completely different process, there is no timeframe, might be in a week or in few months and has nothing to do with your eCOPR."

That's that.
Oh and also, if PPR has nothing to do with eCOPR, why didn't they issue it to us last year and wait for PPR till now or smthing? IDK.

That is correct, so I can only apply for TRV if I have an approved BOWP. so I want the BOWP before my PGWP expires

I already have TRV until 2028 so I ll apply for BOWP in oct.whenever it ll approve I ll go to India if my PR application not approved till the time .

I can’t even say this as I m on close work permit .may be BOWP ll be open but I claimed job offer point.

Yes, I just checked IRCC website after your message. Processing time is showing as 173 days

It will be. During September. If 4th wave remains manageable, we will see rush of applications getting approved.

Me on the same boat. Received the portal email back in June but still pending the login credential.
Followed up with them at least 5 times but they never responded back.

My friends who assigned to Etobicoke and Edmonton are at least getting the inland principal landed. I don't know why Ottawa - VLU is not taking any action.

I have a question?
My spouse (Outland)got the PPR and after few minutes I got the Portal Request.
Do still I need to fill the webform to let them know that I am inland ?
They mentioned in the PPR request
- If you are currently in Canada, you are not required to submit your passport and will be landed virtually. Please advise our office via webform within 5 days of receipt of this letter if you and/or any of your dependents are in Canada. Please include each person’s name/UCI and where they are currently staying/residing (in Canada or overseas).
