Hi @legalfalcon I received CoPR as inland PA around late August, but still haven't seen any progress on PR card. Is that because my outland spouse hasn't landed yet (although the visa has been issued and the whole PR application has been approved)?

Even if they approve it you will still suffer by long waiting time.

If you are in Canada and had received eCoPR, for youself you don't have to send anything. There will be a second follow up letter after the RFV letter, saying that "Even though the previous letter was addressed to you, the content of this letter is intended for your accompanying family members...

Bro, don't do that. As you've already received eCoPR, you have already officially become PR. In this case, they won't re-issue another CoPR for you in India. Instead they'll ask you to apply for PRTD, or in a worse case, to revoke your eCoPR. It is a bit longer than usual for PR card processing...

Is that under your name? Did you inform IRCC that you are already in Canada after receiving that email?

It ONLY ask me to submit my passport, not a single letter mentioned my oversea dependent.
