No idea but I would think that it's related to how accounts and handled in the backend. Do mention why you're changing the name in your letter of explanation to avoid any raised questions. Good luck!

Skill alone means nothing buddy. Canada already has a lot of skilled people living there. If you're too old to work, or can't speak the language, etc, etc.. then somebody else deserves your spot. It's as simple as that.
