Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

They said October 10 because that is the deadline they set to finish the OWP. If October 10 comes and you still didn't have a reply for the OWP, then that is the only time call centre agents can basically "act" on your application and basically ask the immigration officer on your behalf...

Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

They don't really track down much on either e-cas or myCIC . It will be frustrating just looking at it too. They will make you wait for it for the last minute. But your OWP should be coming soon as they generally get approved 4 months after sending the app.

Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

I did the same and waited for them to say it. They will send you a letter instructing you to do so. Mine came when they approved my sponsor. They may contact you or the sponsor by your email or your sponsor email or by regular mail.

    Financial Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

Also, AISH allows a very low number of hours your husband can work while on it. Maybe a casual, light work will help satisfy the immigration officer as to the willingness of your husband to support you financially if given the chance. If any of you have properties, now is the time to show it too.

    Financial Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

I re-read what you originally posted since you said AISH is not included since he is disabled. So I may be thinking that it is possible also that the immigration officer in charge of your file may or may not know that AISH is not included. in this case, we will assume it is not included as a...

    Financial Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

mail envelopes would not really count though. You can try sending it. What I read somewhere is that it has to be with some company or official government thing since they might try to verify if those were true with the company. Are you married? My partner and I are married. We are guys. None...

    Financial Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

Yes, exactly. Because AISH comes from the government itself through taxes. CIC classifies AISH as social assistance which is a big no-no when applying to sponsor someone else. CIC doesn't really classify AISH as income simply because you did not work for it. It was handed down to you.

    Financial Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

For the proof of living together, the things I sent for mine were: -leases with both of us in it -travel vouchers/itinerary with both of you in it - bank statements - other official documents or letters that come from a corporation/govt agency addressed to either of you but indicates you were...

    Financial Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

This is heartbreaking. I know what you are going through not certain about what would happen. I am hoping the best for you. Immigration laws are made to ensure that tax dollars are being kept where they are...in Canadian pockets. Not immigrants or students or even foreign workers like us. That...

I am in the EXACT position she is now. I have just landed this 14th July and have already bought the tickets in advance for Vegas this August 27th. The PR card is expected on September. I will answer this the way the Border Patrol explained it to me before when I travelled without a TRV. The...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

    1. "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada" - my answer would be Yes , and explain that he has an application in progress. 2.I actually have done this TRV form AFTER I came back to Canada from crossing the border. The open work permit does NOT mean he can go out of Canada and...
