Is this a new thing that entire outland application will be processed in Mississauga? They used to forward to Ottawa for applicant processing. Has this changed now?

Seems like given the circumstances, Outland would be the better options since likely quicker and can appeal if need be.

Well it's always been there but I think you used to send it at the start with the rest of the application. Now you have to wait until it's requested.
