Can an outland applicant living in the USA apply for a Nafta work permit after their sponsorship application has been submitted? I always understood that outland application inherently means that the applicant can only get "visitor" or "temporary" status while they are waiting for PR approval...

I was under the impression that applicants between 18-54 have to take the citizenship test. This USA applicant is 65 (English is first language) and received a letter to appear for test at the end of January. Is this an error?

Hey all, Can an applicant in Canada already here on a clergy permit still submit an Outland application? Applicant is a USA citizen who was living in the USA with his wife but recently moved back to Canada and is currently working. Can they still submit an outland application?
