Emails are not important for the purposes of my question and this thread because we are talking about the broken tracker updates, otherwise sure emails are the most important thing during the application process.

You can also email the local offices and inform them about it so maybe they can send it to the proper department but can you make them believe it is broken and needs to be fixed?

Paper applicants are now required to send all of their passport pages with their application, while some online applicants are not asked to show passport pages at all, that is as routine as it gets with the IRCC. It should be at the same time as the test or after; they verify your residency...

You use the web form to send a ticket for technical difficulties, and they don’t reply to it for 40-50 days. I have first hand experience; the web form technical people replied to me weeks after my issue was resolved through other means. :D

Scarborough office reads your email within hours at most, replies, answers your question, but also says you should contact the call centre and web form for future requests so you can wait hours on hold or almost 2 months to get a response.
