Hello friends, There has been an unfortunate issue where application shows as "returned" however, no email was sent to show us to resubmit forms that were already uploaded. Thus, I am trying to connect with IRCC through a webform. Even though the webform system does not show as "REQUIRED"...

But they never sent me an email to submit the document, so I dont even know which email to send them and what exactly they want/need.

what happened to you? On feb 13th, I logged in to see that the consent and additional family info is now incomplete...when we had done both of them and it showed as complete. Its not allowing me to complete anything.

They returned my application, we had submitted all of the required documents. Now it says 2-3 forms as incomplete next to it. Someone please help! for PGP 2022.

Also in the status section it says "RETURNED" There must be an error.

Waiting since April of 2022, for parents/grandparents visa, request for more work information by IRCC in August 2022. Still waiting, webform raised says stuck in secondary clearances. Only the visa officer knows exactly what secondary clearance...bank? some government agency?

Visitors visa for parents/grandparents still in secondary processing (after web form request), applied in April, got request for more information on retired grandparent/parent in August and in secondary processing since then. Makes no sense because they have extensive travel history and returned...
