The old one definitely looks more "passporty" and tasteful the new one looks like a booklet. My two pennies worth hah!

I know it sounds superficial, but I really love the old passport design with larger coat of arms. Also I love the fact that the old one doesn't bend from humidity and just looks very tasteful. Are they still being handed out by any passport offices? How can I attempt to get the older design? Thanks!

Its all very unfortunate, the system is locked and doesnt let anyone do anything. I think the good thing is they must be aware of the issue of middlemen being involved and the stress on the system...therefore they are extending passport submission letters automatically. I wish they were more...

Still not letting me upload documents...says file "invalid..."

Hello, any solution yet? I have emailed VFS and the Singapore Canadian High Commmission. Please call the Canadian embassy in Dhaka as well is my suggestion.

what was a the solution. We are facing the same issue now. Their online portal does not work and VFS does not allow anyone to enter for in person appointment slots.

The system is not letting us upload letters or us to book a slot for passport submission. Its absolutely unacceptable!

SAME ISSUES! cannot find a slot, cannot enter their system even to find a slot. Outrageous. Why isnt the CAnadian embassy addressing this upsetting issue? I am so upset.

Hello, so does this mean, u do not have to upload photos on the portal.? so basically in this case, the package with letter, passport and photos are sent to VFS and they send it to the embassy for passport stamping directly? Thanks.
