yep, applied for parents, secondary clearances at Singapore Office. It has been more than 1 year of waiting, same message, email response, waiting for officer review, waiting for clearance etc. Its strange and confusing.

Are applications with Valid visitors visa processing faster? I think those with super visa are being processed fast for sure. I have not received any approval letter for sponsorship yet.

Still waiting for since April of 2022. No movement, other than a request for more information on work back in August of 2022. Recently both my parents renewed US visas, is it worth uploading this information to them, for faster processing? If so, how should I go about doing this?
