yes but they shouldnt email you like file in que, i think this is generic reply they sent everyone whenever you have query from them..

why your file is in que for review?? even they asked your passport for visa

OMG.... when i will hear from chc, still they didnt reply my email what are they doingggggggggggggggg, eating dougnuts or yakhni pilaoooooooo, or eating DAL to gives big farts on our file

It depand on them if they wanna return docs, otherwise we cant do anything and it happend with lots of ppl and still happening

yes sometime they dnt return your some docs not all docs, sometime original educational docs to

yes sometime they dnt send you back your original docs, mean some docs they dnt send you back but not in all cases, few had experience this

they send your original docs when they send your passport with visa and now a days we cant predict any cases because chc now become un-predictable, and i see in some cases that sometime they dnt even send your original documents back dnt know why but it happend in some cases.
