I already told before that go to cic website and check what Jason Kenny said about slowing down process in some countries i read at cic web page, thats what i believe as well they just slowing down process by intention, and all are just stories to mention us like, que for review, background...

In Berlin and other european cities PR application for spouse completing in 2 months times, they dnt do background checks for european ??? and our file is in que for one year thats not fairrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Maybe there are doing long background checks for your husband as he lived for long time in pak :)

they should reply you before that your file is in que for review and still it could be so thats why not replying, to sending emails to chc is making them pissed off.

sis your file transfer in jan 2011 so your intial review not started still thats why they didnt reply your emails.

When you send passport through TCS you can pay return fees, so you dont need to pay cash on delivery
