I just called the IRCC Call center and according to them, Online applications submitted after September 4,2016 are not yet being processed and that means all the applications submitted before 4th September are currently under process.

All the temporary residence applications from Pakistan are processed in Abu Dhabi whether you apply from Karachi or Islamabad.

Pakistani applicants are required to undergo a medical exam and since you haven't received the medical call so we can't say anything if it's an approval or rejection. But hope for the best :) and do let us know when you get back your passport
