I don't have any idea about owp for a spouse. Why do you want his hide his account details if he is your sponsor? All you need to do is just attach a sponsorship letter and explain all the details in that letter.

you applied on 24th of June and still the status of your upfront medical exam hasn't changed? I applied on August 26 and my medical exam status changed to "Passed" on September 21. You should write an email to the embassy. Ask them about your situation
