Under canadian you can apply again for immigration after loosing your PR, so even if Gravity lost his PR and applied again, its not grounds for refusal. There must be some thing else or its not refusal at all... we are waiting for Gravity to clarify

Yes its a strange situation, refusal after all that processing time; doesn't make sense @GRAVITY can you please share the reason of their refusal also it is strange that they haven't mentioned your file number. I think you should contact LVO asap with you current file no. and ask for details

I think it is a definite move forward as police certificate are valid only up to one year. Our previous ones have expired so if they are asking for new ones from us (18 months wait letter holders) than they want to wind up files under a year and 4 months wait......... may be meds in 4 months who...

I think you will get a letter from LVO in one to three days time

My 6-12 month letter was dated 26 April, i received letter today 25th April 2013, exactly 12 month later. So may be you will get some thing by the end of 12 month period
