When was your app received by the CIC? The September applicants are still right on track for the expected AoR processing time, which is currently around 45 days from the receipt date. People whose apps were received around the middle of September have been getting their AoR in the last week or so.

Are you applying inland, then? I remember the inland app asking for the passport stamp, definitely. When you came up, did you get a visitor record or anything? They might take the date off that in lieu of a stamp, but don't quote me on it.
