Hello!

I'm sponsoring my wife and we're just checking over our stuff in preparation to send it. We omitted me (her spouse) on the Additional Family Information form. Was this correct? I'm Canadian and live here already, of course. I was under the impression the spouse was included on that form only if they're not the sponsor.

Also, on the relationship info thing, there's a part about living together, etc. On part of it, it asks if you live with someone other than your sponsor. She lives with me and my parents (her in-laws). Should we be saying "yes" to the question about living with someone else, or is it referring to people you live with totally apart from your sponsor? (IE: if the applicant was living elsewhere with their friends.)

Thank you guys! We're really anxious to get everything checked over and submitted, haha.

Hi

Yes, you should still be included on the IMM5406.

Cover your bases and list your parents. It won't make any difference.

Done and done. Thank you.

Other things:

Only 3 of her 4 photos are stamped on the back, but the photographer said that this was intentional and PR photos are supposed to be like that. Is that correct, or should I go back for stamp number four?

On the relationship form (again), there's a part asking if the sponsor is supporting the applicant. I... am, technically, since she's living with me, but it then asks how much I'm paying to her and how often, and to give evidence like bank drafts. I'm not actually transferring money to her or anything like that, though. I'm just making the transactions for her instead. I just checked "no", but was that really the correct choice?

You could say yes, and then just explain that you two are living together and that you are paying for her expenses. That is, you are not sending her money.

For the photos, it specifies in your country-specific guide what should be on the back. If it doesn't say to have anything, then they can be blank.

As said above, you can say yes and explain on a separate sheet.
