hey nitin in any case do they have any kind of database in india where they know the employment history of a person... u must have read about harsh kavishwar case where they applied as chef on wife's name n were called for interview...they were informed that 2 yrs they werr in UK N that wife...

i think i will wait...i still have a month n i need not worry too much also as this noc does not get filled too fast....i sent enquiry mail today.. in the mean time i will collect all other docs...wat say harry

hey nitin n harry i just called british council n they r saying that they will not give copy of trf...they can do so only if it is lost n for that we need to submit a fir itseems...i xplained about my case n wat she says is they need a letter from canada high commission on their letter head...

thanx so much guys u n harry n all make me more confident.... one question i have harry checklist states that if we dnt have ielts original then we can send copy however we shld attach letter from cic that it was sent with first appl which is not yet returned...i dnt understand this... i have...

but here in india its not mandatory incase ur income is not taxable.....i know so many people working n no tax returns filed for including me.... iam getting so nervous reading all this

iam also applying through consultant....but not too happy with them wen i started didnt know anything but now i have fair knowledge thru this forum....i wanna do it myself.... i do not have tax returns...never filed... i just have 1. appointment letter 2. promotion letter 3. salary certificate...

really hw can we make this cert...i mean i know for the passport we make an affidavit will that serve the purpose..really lot of pangaas in getting the cert i wish theres sime alternative
