it doesnt matter if u r rep or sponsor or applicant even if u give ur neighbors address cic will forward to tht address.

I believe it's mandatory to have surname in identity documents. I don't know how authorities issued the passport without surname in the first place. You can ask your passport office to amend the passport with last name. They will include those details on the page and stamp it..same procedure as...

One more question when you submitted ur docs, did u send parents birth certificates? As per my lawyer it is not requirement to submit parents birth certificates if not available.

If you check your document check list, tht is last requirement that we have to provide mailing labels - 2 in English or French and 2 in the official language of your country. In my application the mailing address is my address in Canada so I print 4 in English.

Well I don't mind sending either ways but if I mail thru Canada expresspost will I have to put pobox address or courier address. Most of previous applicants sent thru expresspost/regd.post And also for return mailing address labels I am only submitting my address in Canada... Wht do u think?

I filled that fields from the date they landed and to the date they are leaving. U can't able to fill with letters other than digits as you have to validate and if u do it will give u error msg
