I would phone them to confirm it has been put in the mail. If it has,I would say the hold up is due to Canada post.they are pretty useless.ive had things held up by the, for weeks for no aparant reason. hopefully it shows up soon!keep us informed.

Technically they have started "processing" it as soon as they receive it.the 29 months is from when they recieve the application.
