Friends, I applied for PR in Aug-2009 and the e-case is still in-process. When I obtained my CAIPS, it shows PSDEC =0 and 10 points for my age and nothing more. Does it mean that application has not been processed yet or rejected? What should I do next?

if you qualify for Canadian Experience class, you have to wait for 1 year to apply. Anyday Canadian Experience class is better in processing than FSW.

Guys - I was referring to the files that were transfered. Not ALL files get transfered !!! Also, Now CIC is working closely on back-logs. My application was sent in Aug-2009 and they have just started processing. I was informed by my lawyer that it is CIC's primary priority to clear back-logs...

It wont affect anything! you could request them to send it back to you !

My understanding is that the applications are transferred to offices close to where you live. I live in Iowa,United States and mine got transferred to the nearest office i.e Detroit. I could be wrong :-)!
