Yeah, as per the settlement terms the misrepresentation decision will be quashed but it's the waiting that's causing stress.

I see. The thing is I don't even want a visa anymore. Just want the previous decision (misrepresentation) set aside and then want to withdraw the application which was originally what I intended. Have to go through all this mental trauma causing waiting game.
