correct.. You just have to inform the local civil registrar that you want a fast endorsement. You will pay 100 pesos for the fast endorsement and 140 pesos for the NSO authenticated marriage certificate.

A Canadian citizen (foreigner) needs first to have a Certificate of Non-Impediment to contract marriage in the Philippines.This can be done by presenting your divorce certificate or divorce court order (if you are divorced) to Canadian Embassy Manila. Statutory Declaration might also be needed...
