I got email from CIC for RPRF payment and paid on June-20th, GCMS says - Eligibility- passed, medicals- passed, Criminality & Security - In process VO note- Referring file to Senior officer for Admissibility Decision. DOnt know what they are looking in criminality & Security.

Hey Gurindar, How does the CIC get details if my birth place is a remote village, will it affect the criminality & Security check as well. Will CIC contact from where Passport issued or from where we got our PCC. Thanks in Advance

If CIC has asked for passport they have to return it back , can not keep for long, but main thing is that no new PPRs are coming, waiting ...........................

Worst part with CIC is that it is a black box, so much is unpublished/hidden that only u can keep on guessing and drive ur life crazy. at least they should announce to public if there is any changes why put ppl life in uncertainty ......

Fine, Think this way-- Till Dec- 2012 Required Canadian was 2 years SInce Jan 2013 CEC reduced it to 1 year So total qualified to apply undr CEC in year 2013 increased drasticaly as compared to year 2012 that might have caused the quota to get full. All these are speculation but this make...

There will be more applicants under CEC since required experience is only 1 year since 2013, previously required exp was 2 years.

I Believe it could have finished up the 2014 quota since now under CEC u need to have only 1 year canadian experience.

I wish they start working with same pace as they were in April-Mid July-2014, Cant wait anymore......

u r right. Now u will be offered by employer based on ur skill if it is in demand, so all will be equal, its mostly luck if u get offer from Canadian Employr.

I will be completing 4 years in Canada on Closed Work Permit in March-31st-2015. My Work permit expired in June-2014, when i applied for Extensiion CIC gave me work permit for another 2 years, Question is - whether this 4 years rule is really implemented or only on books. Should i notify to CIC...
