Hi,do we need PCC and traffic history while sending file to CIC or after receiving file number.moreover I have 9 fines in my name nominated by my friend in my name after I left australia,if I pay the amount will i get traffic history PCC cleared,guys I am really worried bcoz m 12 June applicant...

You can also add electricity or water bill in your name also,PCC for australia is asked by local visa office or by CIC for issuing PER
