You only need to use the PA 's information(nothing about the sponsor) but include the sponsor on the number of people listed on your application.

It looks almost done, Maybe they are waiting for the feedback from the countries where you lived, it takes time especially if you lived in more than one country

Is there DHL in Afghanistan? if YES, you can send your passport to VFS thru DHL, you don't have to be there in person.

Congratulations MNM2015, It looks like CIC was reading our previous posts wondering if they are really assessing our applications...1 PR and one more pending, It's actually a good news from DAR VO. Let's keep hoping. How are you going to send your passport? I think VSF is the best way.

The back of one (1) photograph must:  bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio;  bear the date the photograph was taken;  The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable

As it clearly says"Signature of representative", If you have no representative then none will sign on the line, leave it blank.

Yes they are assessing our applications but not at the speed we were expecting after those speeches and promises. Some cases are being assessed faster, I think it depends on Visa office and how straightforward the case is....but our VO seems to be special on being slow.
