Hello I have question
If cic ask you for passport transmission in Pakistan can you chose another counrty like New Dehli or some other country as its not safe for afghans to travel by border to Pakistan.

Hi Sarah, can you not take a plane? is it very expensive? Why not send a note via ECAS to see if this is possible.

As mentioned in your post title, did you try VFS in Afghanistan? you can send it to VFS Afgh via DHL or just ask them, I am sure they will help:

Afghanistan doesn't have VFS they have to go through Pakistan vfs

Is there DHL in Afghanistan? if YES, you can send your passport to VFS thru DHL, you don't have to be there in person.
