Welcome Pete,.. Currently CIC has start processing 24th July recv apps,. So, yours may be considered during the first week of Feb 2015. I think you have very little chance but all depends on next cap update from CIC. Hope they don't give a shock. All my best wishes for yu mate, cheers.

1) For masters, they give 23 points, (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp) 2) It may take 3 months from 6th nov for you get PER. Only thing u can do is pray and wait patiently mate.Good Luck.
