This is with reference to my CC payment mode that i would like to share something with all of you. Soon after i had submitted my application, a new credit card with a security chip was issued to me by the issuing bank, making the old card (details of which i had furnished in my application) canceled and not usable. So, as per Ashif bhai's advise i had sent an email to cic at "CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic. gc .ca" explaining them about the problem and had re- couriered the new form to them. I have received a below reply from cic and though let me share it with you as many members in this forum have faced the problem of change in cc details.

You can submit a new fee payment form (IMM 5620) as an attachment via this email box, or by mail/courier to the address listed below:

PO Box 8400 49 Dorchester Street

Please be advised that our office can make no guarantee that the payment submitted separate from the application will be matched to the application prior to the assessment or return of your application. If you submit a new payment, please include your full name as per passport, date of birth and tracking number for application package if sent by courier.
