Ok so if we go by the posts on this forum, the last draw results were published around 10:54:36 am EST.

I would say give it another 3 to 4 hours. They are really unpredictable about publishing the results. Just beware that the time that they mention in the instructions is actually the time for the draw.

Nope! 200 points for a LMIA for NOC 00 (Senior managers) and 50 points for a LMIA for any other qualifying job offer.

I'm pretty sure there are quite a few International grads sitting somewhere between 430-469. They are just not on this forum I guess.
