Once the cut off hits 440, the drop will be more gradual since there should be a lot (i can't produce any numbers but it would be a safe assumption, students with 2-year or 3-year diploma/degree and a CLB score < 9) of CEC candidates below that score.

If the number of invites stay the same, I think we should see a significant drop in points since CEC candidates who completed a 3-year diploma/degree or a masters with CLB 9 and at least 1-year canadian experience have been awarded ITAs with this draw.

They haven't done a draw yet. It was probably a glitch. In most likelihood, they will do a draw tomorrow but then you are never sure about anything with CIC ;)

I think that there are a lot of students (CEC candidates) sitting between 460 and 474. Before the changes implemented in Nov, most of these students were sitting below 450 so they were invited.
