I would say its better to appeal because if you will appeal they can't refuse you again for the same reason. If you re-apply there is good chance that they will refuse you again for that same reason.

unstopable, I went through appeal and it took us 6 months to get appeal granted. But I didn't go to full appeal as my case was not so complicated and was resolved through ADR.

I am so thinking of leaving my job and moving back to india if i dont hear anything by end of this month. I had enough of this, i just wanna live relax life, just wanna be happy. This immigration people are killing me mentally.

i think we all should just move back to india. so that the waiting game is over. Its a big office I wonder how many VO are working on Family Class.

i am not sure what takes them months to process applications. I am sure there must be a faster way of processing or they are like any other government offices.

I read somewher that appeal cases are priority but that is not the case here.

my case is appeal case and i won my appeal at ADR in Sept 20 2010. Since then they asked me to fill out new forms, which was done on dec 14 2010 and pcc. since then i have not heard anything from them.

applied03 our file transfer in about same week. its been 3 1/2 months since then. wonder how long it will take them.

I am dealing with New Delhi, I think medicals are good for only a year. so I asked my wife to get medical done again after we won our appeal and at same time she got her police certificate so we sent of police certificate and waiting for medical and passport request. I am not sure as how long...

I won my appeal in Sept and sent in my updated form on dec 14 and still waiting, which visa office are you dealing with.?

I dont think this ecas thing is working. I am so sick and tired of this Immigration thing. its so slow and onething i dont get is why does it take so long for them to process file, student visa's are issued in just two months why can't spouse visa. aahhhhhhhhhh. I miss my wife so bad.

My is a appeal case, first i was given file number starting with B, then i won at ADR and since then my file number has changed to F. I am not sure what that means.
