When I spoke to CIC, they told me that it can take up to 10 weeks for them to determine the sponsors eligibility. The received my requested docs on Sept 17. I still haven't heard anything from them.

I sent my docs on sept 16 docs received on sept 17 by CIC (Jamal) Received a letter dated Oct 11 on Oct 15 stating file is complete and in queue to be processed.

CPC-M had requested to either send the PCC with the completed application or when the visa office requested. I submitted pcc from india along with the completed application.
