hello there my name is hammad my family filed case in 2010 march and recived next letter in 2013 august for additional documents they asked for alot of papers each and every thing police certificates and all that i asked some of the people who have been thrw this they said some of the papers they want when thier case reach islamabad i am very curious what will be the next step and i have heard they are doing cases fast

What ever country you are applying from you have to send a police certificate and tons of documents . It took me 3 months to get mine together . Police certificates , medicals , income tax receipts etc etc etc .

for islamabad no one can tell u time coz its unpredectable,,,few cases they endup within weeks and for some they take months

hammad your case is already cross the time frame suppose to finish with in 24 months like there web site and that time you applied. my file trans in march 2010 to Islamabad and they asked additional information after 13 months in 2012 , most important thing they ask original marriage & police report certificate. but bad luck my requested documents not received in mail that my lawyer sent to Islamabad. make sure or check your mail tracker number did they receive your mail??? I think visa office will figure out if he needs any thing . hope you will request for passport.

we applied in parents immigration class they asked a lot of paper some of our relatives has already beeen immigrated they said the documents whcih canadian immigration wants from us they ask these papers from them when thier case transfered to islamabad and is it true that canadian immigration started doing cases bit faster

Has any one any idea that my sister sponsored us UNDER PARRENTS AND GRAND PARRENTS "including 3 dependent childern" in 2010 from Mississuage CPC, In August we were asked to fill variuous forms and were asked to submit police report, birth certificate and personal history etc within 3 monts. we filed all these to Mississauga CPC in early October 2013 and the Canadian Post receipt print out shows that the case was received.

NOW HAS ANY ONE ANY IDEA THAT HOW LONG MISSISSAUGA CPC TAKES TO FURTHER TAKE UP OUR CASE AND WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS?

I sent my docs on sept 16
docs received on sept 17 by CIC (Jamal)
Received a letter dated Oct 11 on Oct 15 stating file is complete and in queue to be processed.

then i think we will get the aor in a month because we filled our docs in early october 4th and i have heard they are doing cases fast is it true? and i think you will recive medicals req with in a month or 2 if i am not wrong good luck
