    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I would prefer a press release over a call agent saying something. Call agents, as we all know, give different answers to the same questions all the time. It could be a rumour the call agent heard. You just don't know.

It is weird as our second medical was done in June of this year and they had the resulted in july at the latest. Crazzzzzy CIC. no logic.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

My time for a stupid question. This is mostly because I wasn't paying attention in class. Today for the first time in E-cas, months after doing them, it says medical results are received. So I assume someone finally looked at our file and checked the box online to show that. We are near the...

I own my own home so I didn't submitt anything like that. We sent 2 or 3 documents addressed to my partner at our home to comfirm we are living together. We got AIP. Probably depends on who is looking at your file?

Implied? Usually they just tell you. Maybe they were just getting rid of you. I suspect this is a tactic of theirs. As the call centre has NO contact outside of email with the office that process they basically just read your file off on their system and do nothing. So inefficient.

You can phone to confirm the medicals are received. Ours have never shown up but when you phone CIC they say they have them. Medicals will NOT be the reason if you are interviewed. Spousal sponsorship is exempt from the medical requirement, although they make you take them. Probably if you...

i agree with everything you say. I also wonder why inland is becoming so much longer as outland as it would seem the risk for fraud would be the same. In comparing inland and outland you can see this is a deliberate move on the part of the Conservative government. I hope no one on here ever...

Unfortunately I have to agree with Screech here. I was in Egypt 4 years ago and a woman at a party I was at, upon hearing I was from Canada, loudly announced she hated Canada but used her Canadian passport to travel. She apparently came here for the 2 years(at the time) and became a citizen...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I am sorry but I am a little confused. This forum is for 2013 applicants. Your stats say you are a 2014 applicant? This letter is your acknowledgement of receipt of sponsorship which is the begining of the process. so please ask your question?

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I bet your problem is that you have sponsorship approval not AIP as there is only one type of AIP letter. It is the letter that says specifically in it you are "approved in principle for permenant residence in Canada." This is the letter you are looking for. It is not first stage approval as...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Well from what you said your husband is the sponsor so he cannot get AIP. he can get sponorship approval but that is different. You will get a letter saying you are Approved in principle for you permenant residency. Until you get that letter you do not have AIP. Usually after YOU get this...
