OK let me pose a different question. I submit my CEC application after I join my new employer which is LMIA exempt offer. It seems I still cannot claim 50 points as I have to be employed for 1 year for LMIA exempt offer to be valid. No?

@Naturgrl. I can get the employer to write that the offer will be for 1 year past PR. That is not a problem. The issue I have is that this offer is not based on LMIA. It is LMIA exempt. So I have a profile currently in CEC and I'm worried that if that gets selected and I changed employers mid...

The fresh job offer is based on c20 reciprocal work permit, which is exempt from LMIA. I see that job offers with exempt work permits are also allowed, but I'm unsure

Hello all I got a NOI from Ontario, but I'm in Vancouver. I don't really want to go to Ontario but will have to as a last resort. What I really want is CEC in Vancouver . My score is 455. Can I apply for both PNP and CEC and pick CEC once that comes in. If not last resort is to try out Ontario
