I can feel your pain man. There are many many many folks with FSW program who are waiting for a FSW draw for about a year. I am personally a CEC applicant but I am being screwed over by a new policy of IRCC to screw spouses of Canadian students in a very certain situation.
Fuck IRCC, honestly.
