thanks....me too i followed instructions exactly and sent to cost recovery only, so was worried if that could delay processing. all the best to you too, may this week brings peace of mind to all of us.

yes ya web basha :) u r for sure right about the scheduling thing, actually i think they didn't work yesterday and it was the scheduling may be they have it for 5 days and to cover the last monday they had to extend it for staurday, think nothing will be sent today.

So the call center agents can even see if there is a mail in the queue ......but what could force them to queue emails for 3 days....and can they queue while each mail has the date of the day it arrives on don't know this possible technically I'm not an it specialist so I'm lost here...

As long as u write embassy of Canada in Cairo don't worry pick any address and it will reach and next day u will know from dhl who received ur passport

i think october applicants who got thier medical request in April are luckier than the others, they got things moving!! the disappointment is when u open the email and find nothing. one thing i realized that most PPR arrive after cpc working time, don't know why

R we sure that its the same officer who do the final review and send medical.....I have read here once its an assistant director who do the final review, is this true

thanks zaydov for ur reply, still confused though :), however i know that for most of those who got update on phone that decesion made got their RFV same day at night so i think they really don't have new information except just before the mail is ready to be sent.... i know phone wont help that...
