It takes approximately 2 weeks from passport delivery date to passport returned to you.

you can call or you can wait. I called 27 April and was queued for final review too so I wont call until 27 May if heard nothing till that date

thanks zaydov for ur reply, still confused though :), however i know that for most of those who got update on phone that decesion made got their RFV same day at night so i think they really don't have new information except just before the mail is ready to be sent.... i know phone wont help that much

I got third line update and i woul like to know medical results have been received means that its has been accepted or it would be checked and when could i expect passport request???

check your online status maybe it is Decision Made if not you should expect PPR anytime
