Need your help again.
I was requested for the updated evidence of settlements fund a couple of weeks ago.
They asked me to send the documents to the email: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, but did not ask for the original files.
I have sent the email on Monday, and got the automatic reply.
Is there any way I can confirm that they indeed received the documents? Do I need mail the original documents for sure?
Some how, I am always worried that they could miss my email and the documents.
I hate my obsession :'( :'( :'(

You can call them and ask if they received requested documents, Agent will tell you that for sure.

Give them one week and then call the cic call center to make sure VO has acknowledged the email. I dont see a reason to send paper copy unless they ask it (if you send both paper & e-copy it might even create confusion).
