Any December applicants got MR? It seems that the trend changed to get from PER to MR and it got longer than before. It usually takes now 3-4 months. Hope we hear good news soon.

I don't think they are working now, I think it's something like a scheduled email sending.
Before I got my PER by 3 days, I had a call with CIC, the agent informed me that there's an email is in the queue and will be arrived in minutes but it took 3 days to land on my inbox.
I hope our PPRs are in the queue now :'( 4th line before PPR is a nightmare
