Hi Guys, My previous employer in Dubai refused to give me reference letter with job description and salary. They told me that they will only give me standard letter stating dates of employment and designation printed on their letter head. Will this be a problem? Thanks.

Based on my answers in the CIC CRS tool, my grand total points is 472 as of today. I am turning 35 on Sep 16, so I guess my score will go down a little bit to 466. I am really crossing my fingers that by the time they assess my profile I will still get the same score. How about yours?
