When filling the Express Entry forms, one question is "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?" with the following possible answers:

-Yes
-No
-No: job is covered by an international agreement
-No: job is covered by an agreement between Canada and a province or territory
-No: exempt for “Canadian interests” reasons

I hold a post-graduate work permit (PGWP) which, as I know, does not require the LMIA process. What answer should I pick?

If so, I think you should answer that one, since PGWP is exempted from LMIA for "Canadian interests" (Google "International Mobility Program: Labour Market Impact Assessment exemption codes" and see code C43 on cic website).

I also hold PGWP. But I don't see that option on my EE profile. It only gives me:

I don't think answering No is quite an accurate description.
When did you create your profile? I created it on December 16, 2016. Perhaps the difference in my list of options and yours is that they have updated their profile system?

Yea you're right...I have the "employer-specific" instead...

Did you submit your profile yet? If yes, did he get rejected or accepted?

You stated above that you have a PGWP ... that is an open work permit, it is not employer-specific.

The correct option for PGWP is "no."

I'm having the same doubt. I'm working on my PGWP and the LMIA exemption code C44 falls under R205-Canadian interests. However, we don't have this option on the EE profile.

Hi Guys, I hold a PGWP and working with my current employer for a year now. When I accepted my job offer, it states there that it is a permanent full-time job. But I do not have an LMIA? Do I answer "yes" for the question Does "name" have a job offer in Canada or should I answer NO?

You do not have a job offer. So you have to answer 'no'. To claim points for a job offer, you would need to have an approved LMIA.

No. You need an approved LMIA from your employer to get the job offer points. Having a PGWP and a job doesn't give you any points. The approved LMIA is mandatory.
