Same here application received on August 22nd 2011 Medicals have been received (updated July 2012)..nothing since File with lazy DMO since Sep/Oct 2012. going to pakistan 3 weeks from today for 2 months .... hope I can come back with wify ...

If ordered by email (or Elect. form) there is not delay. However if one decides to order the physical paper file, expect delays. :)

if you have a stop over less than 24 hours in LHR than its 23 x 2 plus 1 hand bang and you pay for any add. bags checked in I think its 11000 rupees per bag (dependend on the airline) if its more than 24 hours on 23kg plus 1 hand bag
