when CIO sends PER email exactly? As many applicants got to see the status as IN PROCESS with their UCI before several days receiving the per email, I am not convinced that CIO is sending per just before sending the files to local vo, rather than immediately finishing the eligibility review.

I really doubt that CIO will inform the applicant immediately after finishing eligibility review, PER/NER. Because many applicants with UCI already found the status is IN PROCESS before receiving PER many days ago. I am more convinced that CIO will send emails to applicants just before sending...

I know some guy whose DD got charged around 20 June already found his current status as IN PROCESS, but not received PER yet. seems CIO does not send out per emails as soon as decision is made
