Hi seniors,

I am a single mother & I am planning to include my son in my application, he is using my surname & his father's name is not stated in his birth certificate, is that enough proof of full custody?

Thanks in advance...

Hi ,

It is mandatory to give documented evidence in case you are a single custodian .

Hi guys, does anyone know if for FBI PCC for family, do we need to include two credit card forms of $18 each - one for me and one for my wife or only single credit card form of $36?

Folks,
There are 2 stages of assessment. 1st stage is just to check for document completion or consistency with checklist. If returned at this stage, no CC or DD charged as there is no eligibility check.
The second stage which is more detailed is to check eligibility. This is when they check if you score up to 67% or not. All applications that get to ds stage get charged because the money is for processing and your application has already been processed. If returned at the stage, you would have been charged and won't get a refund. The expectation is that everyone should have done self assessment to confirm eligibility. So there is no need letting them spend their time processing your application without having confirmed eligibility. That is why everyone whose application gets to this stage gets charged.
CC/DD getting charged is a confirmation that your application has reached actual processing stage. Receipt of PER is confirmation of positive eligibility.

May we not get NER by God's grace.

All the best to everyone.

Single credit card form for amount $36. Only card holder should sign this form. If doubtful, call fbi cust care at 304-625-5590 for guidance.
Make sure you both sign the application form. Good luck!

No. They won't refund. I read it categorically on their site. I may search for the doc and paste here later. Everyone should do personal eligibility checks b4 applying. I have friends who have refrained from applying because they can't get up to 67%. They are planning other methods of migrating other than FSW.

Regards

I have sort of similar situation. I am from Nepal and we have Citizenship Card which serves as national identity in the country. So I think this is what I should use as National Identity Document. But the issue is the Citizenship Card Number has got special character in the format XX/XXXX, where X are all numbers. Since generic application form does not validate this value and hence I won't be able to generate bar code page without successful validation, how should I proceed.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Anyone from the veteran team, please answer this!!
