my AOR was Aug 2019. I think they use my paper file instead scan the paper.

maybe IRCC doesn't start security for him, but I found many 2020 applicants whos file is scanned. But IRCC didn't scan my file. so they will do nothing for me. I got my gcms note last week.

It's an another evidence that IRCC abandon late 2019 applicants who doesn't have MR and working on 2020 applicants? I think they don't wanna process late 2019 applicants because they changed their process during late 2019 and early 2020, and they just wann work with fresh clean 2020 applicants.

technically they can refuse. and IRCC is not a provincial. so they can ignore provincial effort.

which province you live? in my opinion, IRCC prioritize some provinces than others. BC is always slow but PEI is always super fast.

In my opinion why outland has more problem than inland? at least, outlander has less risk than inlander who is now on implied status so they can't get provincial medical insurance.

many applicants who already got a MP got the DM/CoPR now and many 2020 AOR applicants got their MR. buy why IRCC doesn't send a MR to mid-late 2019 AOR applicants? it's really unfair.

Since some 2020 AOR applicants get a Medical Request, should I consider an upfront medical as a 2019 Aug AOR applicant?
