    I think they do nothing for the application that need biometrics before 17th July. and their processing time is 36 days. so we may wait 15ish more days at least.

    Are you inland applicant? Check your credit card history or G-note, usually they refund biometrics fee right after request.

    I don't have a link but I provide follow docs to my immigration representative my latest 3 paystubs, employment letter from employer, compliance fee receipt. work permit support letter from province.

    Actually this is not a positive sign. this mean they abandon 2019 AOR applicants. so now 2019 applicants should wait that gov officer done 2020 paper applications
