So how exactly did you receive AOR if nothing scanned ?

Dude, when you receive AOR that is the proof that they are scanned.
They will not process your AOR without scanning them to the system..

that's probably wrong. than why IRCC scan again at July for this guy

what I mean is their new effort after COVID.
and Canada is not that smart to scan all document. my friend who worked as an intern at IRCC said they use a original paper document and even we request a GCMS note, they print out to paper a GCMS note, and wipe out the sensitive data by hands and scan manually by scanner. that't why GCMS note PDF file is all image, and we can't search a word from PDF.

ps. we all know that how Canada government mess with their own payroll system.

They are scanned as a security regulation :

As of your documents must be scanned since it is part of risk management. some documents are original and they cannot afford to lose them.
They are a government department and they need to follow the rules.
They may review the original but it is mandatory to scan them to their system.
 
Hi everyone; is it possible to apply for changing the close work permit to open work permit? My work permit extension application has recently approved (but changed to close work permit) for another two years, but I just got my GCMS note which shows the eligibility is passed.

Guys, do any one have observed about DM and CoPR for 2019 AOR are getting during August and September month. Kindly correct me if wrong.
